I am simply writing and a blog is a solid platform that I can channel these writings into. That may be the simplistic answer that I would give in an elevator on the way to several floors of awkward banter.
Though as much as I enjoy sarcastically answering questions with elaborate nonsense I digress.
I write/blog because I learned that I may have some novel perspectives on life. Full disclosure I didn’t believe that what I have to say is special in any way and I honestly still don’t see the abundant value often. I discovered my perspective has value because others had to tell me. I also didn’t think I was an artist until I began writing and posting these thoughts. I have discovered through the art of writing that I can create amazing stories, perspectives and growth with the magic of word mixing.
I see now that I am an artist and my medium is wording. Yes I know that isn’t a word necessarily…
But!
This is my creative license.
My writing will be full of grammatical mistakes, made up words and run on sentences. Though I’m learning that these mistakes can sometimes convey more within the writing itself.
At the end of the day these stories and realizations I place in this blog is for my selfies enjoyment and for those who find value in it as well. I want to give these thoughts and expect nothing in return.
If this writing becomes lucrative while in the pursuit of creating I will welcome that gift and yet I will not wait on its arrival.
